Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you provide, your message, intended stay dates, guest numbers and any attachments you choose to send. Please only provide information needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

How we use information

We use enquiry details to answer questions, check availability and take steps at your request before a booking contract. If you book, we use the necessary details to arrange and manage your stay and fulfil our contract. We may retain relevant records to meet legal obligations and handle complaints or legal claims. Our legitimate interests include running a secure website, preventing misuse and responding to general enquiries. Where we rely on consent for optional cookies, you may withdraw that consent.

Website and service providers

This website is hosted by GoDaddy. Contact-form messages are processed through GoDaddy Conversations and sent to our enquiries inbox. Our website, email and communications providers process information needed to deliver those services. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam; Google may process device and connection information, including an IP address, under its privacy policy. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own privacy policy. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or to professional advisers handling a legal or accounting matter.

International processing

Technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer takes place, applicable data-protection safeguards are required. Please contact us for details of the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. This depends on whether an enquiry becomes a booking, whether a complaint remains open, and any legal record-keeping or claims requirements. We review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your records.

Cookies

Essential cookies support the operation and security of the website. Optional analytics cookies help measure visits and website use. Use the cookie banner to accept or reject optional cookies. You can also manage or delete cookies using your browser settings; deleting this site's cookies allows you to make your banner choice again. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functions. Third-party services linked from this website have their own privacy information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, have it erased, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Updates

We may update this notice when our services or use of information changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
